Analytics & Dashboards

Introduction

This document highlights some of the key analytics dashboards available in SiteAssist. We build dashboards based off customer feedback so please let us know if something is missing.

1. Organisation Usage Dashboard

This dashboard provides an overview of how the entire organisation is utilising the SiteAssist platform. It displays metrics like the number of active projects, issued permits, compliance with safety protocols, and which business units are most engaged.

2. Organisation Monthly Stats

This dashboard presents a monthly summary of key statistics, such as the number of permits requested, permits rejected or suspended. It highlights trends over the month and compares them to previous periods.

3. Project Usage

The project usage dashboard gives an overview of how many permits have been left open, extended, or rejected. It also shows which permits meet the lead time requirements.

4. User Engagement

The project user engagement displays which authors, approvers and holders are performing best for a given time period.

5. Geolocation Statistics

This dashboard allows managers to set an allowable briefing distance and identify permits that have been briefed further than the allowed distance.

6. AI Changes Requested

This dashboard uses AI to spot patterns in any written "changes requested" from approvers to authors. This dashboard should be reviewed monthly for each template to identify common mistakes authors make.

7. Permit Warnings

The permit warnings dashboard gives a summary of all warnings that have been triggered recently. Permits with multiple warnings are shown as a priority. This enables auditors to improve the efficiency of their permit reviews.

8. Subcontractor Management

The SubC dashboard compared permit stats by subcontractor. This gives an indicator to a supcontractor's workload, safety performance and engagement.

9. Business Unit Usage

You can create 'Business Units' or groups of projects and get an overview of how many permits have been left open, extended, or rejected. It also shows which permits meet the lead time requirements.
